Maza appointed CFO of New Energy Technologies

Elliot M. Maza

Elliot M. Maza has been appointed chief financial officer, on a non-exclusive basis, of New Energy Technologies, a developer of renewable and alternative energy technologies with offices in Burtonsville, Md., and Washington, D.C.

Maza has been a partner for transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young, and vice president for structured finance of both Goldman Sachs & Co. and JP Morgan Securities, all in New York.

Early in his career, he was a tax and corporate attorney at the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell.

Maza continues to serve on the board of directors of a company that produces tellurium and other metals for the solar photovoltaic industry.
