Maza has been a partner for transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young, and vice president for structured finance of both Goldman Sachs & Co. and JP Morgan Securities, all in New York.
Early in his career, he was a tax and corporate attorney at the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell.
Maza continues to serve on the board of directors of a company that produces tellurium and other metals for the solar photovoltaic industry.
