Interesting that MD Daily record ignored Del Jill Carter’s legislation to fix the problem of massive amounts of money expended by taxpayers to settle Baltimore police misconduct cases by requiring independent trial boards but writes about the problem. Reporters covering the MD General Assembly need to stop being lazy and pay attention to issues beyond those they are spoon fed.
