Stephen Weiss has been named senior vice president of Colliers International in the Baltimore region. He will serve with the company’s Capital Markets/ Investment Services Group, managing real estate transactions and structure equity and debt.
Weiss specializes in multifamily and private client transactions.
He previously was vice president of Cassidy Turley, a national commercial real estate services provider. Before that, he was senior vice president and shareholder with Preston Partners Inc. in Baltimore.
Weiss is a founding member and officer of the Greater Baltimore Forum. He also works with the South Baltimore Learning Center, Roland Park Country School and Calvert School, the Towsontowne Recreation Council and the Living Classrooms Foundation.
Colliers International in the Baltimore region is headquartered in Columbia, and has offices in Lutherville and Washington, D.C.
