ANNAPOLIS — A longtime aide to former Gov. William Donald Schaefer says he is being treated at a Baltimore hospital for “a slight case of pneumonia.”
Lainy LeBow-Sachs said Friday that Schaefer is doing “much better than he was yesterday.”
LeBow-Sachs says the 89-year-old Schaefer was admitted to the hospital Thursday night. She says he’s receiving good care at St. Agnes Hospital.
Schaefer is a former four-term mayor of Baltimore and two-term governor.
