That a university would have problems with clogged toilets is probably not surprising. [Insert dining hall joke here.]
But a lawsuit filed by the University of Colorado alleges its problems stem from toilet paper, which has caused “bubbling and flooding in 27 academic and research buildings.”
The lawsuit seeks more than $40,000 from the toilet paper manufacturer and supplier.
My favorite quote in the story was also, I think, the most profound.
“It’s school. You’re not going to get Charmin toilet paper,” senior Chris Thompson said. “It’s not even double-ply toilet paper. It’s single-ply toilet paper.”
Smells like the makings of another lawsuit to me.
