Riley named chairman of the board of Maryland Chamber of Commerce

William T. Riley Jr., of the Reznick Group, was named chairman of the board of directors of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce this month.

The Certified Public Account has served on the chamber’s board since 2002, and for the past four years on its executive committee.

Riley has been a principal with Reznick Group since 1979; he recently served as co-managing principal of the Baltimore office. He has experience working with nonprofit organizations; municipal, state and federal government agencies; construction; real estate; retail, and small and large commercial businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.

Riley is the immediate past chair of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

The Red Cross of Central Maryland recently honored Riley with its Life Achievement Award.
