Bill Inskeep
Bill Inskeep has been hired as project manager by Continental Realty Corp., a Baltimore-based commercial and retail development company. He previously was a construction consultant for T. Rowe Price in Owings Mills. Inskeep also has worked for Riparius Construction, Atlantic Builders Group and McCormick Construction Co.

Accounting

Jennifer Green, a CPA and senior accountant in the audit and accounting department of Gross, Mendelsohn & Associates, of Baltimore, recently received a master’s degree in forensic studies-accounting from Stevenson University. She also received the university’s Orsia F. Young Leadership Award.

Construction

John Rohde has been promoted to vice president of MacKenzie Contracting Co., of Lutherville. Since 2007 he had been senior project manager. Rohde, a University of Maryland graduate, has 25 years of experience in the construction and OSHA training.

Real Estate

Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin, the residential real estate division of The Strata Group, has formed an affiliation with Robert E. Coursey as a Realtor servicing Baltimore, Carroll and Harford counties. He will work from the company’s Westminster office. Coursey, who has 12 years of experience as a real estate agent, has worked in management positions for Pepsi-Cola and Daily Cocktail Mixes across the U.S. He received the Service Award from Century 21 and the Rookie Realtor of the Year award from Long and Foster. Coursey is president of the homeowners association for Eagle Estates and an ambassador for the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce.

Michael E. Myers Jr. has joined Trout Daniel & Associates as an associate. Myers has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate industry. He will work with the firm’s office and industrial team and also handle retail sales and leasing assignments with an emphasis on the firm’s clients in south-central Pennsylvania and Maryland. Myers also specializes in the sale and leasing of hotel properties. He previously was a sales executive at Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams.

Technology

Barcoding Inc., of Baltimore, recently added two industry veterans to its central region office. Paul Dorado has 15 years of experience in the automatic ID industry, including in sales, management, and new business development in Chicago and the central United States. He will support customers throughout the central United States. Anthony Stepuszek has 15 years of experience supporting national accounts, including specializing in enterprise mobility and radio frequency identification for the past six years, most recently at Miles Technologies.
