OCEAN CITY — The Maryland State Bar Association’s annual meeting is, for the most part, a lighthearted affair. But the organization gets serious — momentarily — on its final morning for its annual business meeting.
Henry E. Dugan Jr. was formally installed Saturday as president of the 23,000-plus-member organization. The MSBA and its sections also honored groups and members for their work. This year’s award winners include:
