WASHINGTON — Authorities say 17 people have been indicted in a drug trafficking probe. Fifteen have been arrested.
The 17 were indicted on Aug. 4 on charges of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine, and marijuana. Arrest and search warrants were executed early Tuesday in the district and Maryland.
Officials say $600,000 in cash, cocaine, marijuana, weapons and vehicles were seized.
If convicted, the suspects face a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of life in prison.
