Annapolis Life Care, the parent company of Ginger Cove, an accredited life-care retirement community, has elected two directors to its board: James W. Reinig, M.D., is president of Annapolis Radiology Associates, and chief of the radiology department at Anne Arundel Medical Center and a member of its medical board; and Ella P. Bassett is a former systems engineering and information technology executive. Officers elected for the next year are: Adm. Charles R. Larson, USN (Ret.), president of the board; Betsy Cockrill Bannat, vice president; Bob Hoyt, treasurer; and Dr. Raymond Herzinger, secretary.
Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Maryland Mentoring Partnership recently added August “Augie” Chiasera and Eliza Graham to its board of directors. Chiasera is senior vice president of M&T Bank and director of Bank Wide Transformation. Graham is founder and CEO of Glam Global, maker of Glam Globes customizable fashion rings. She is a board member of Civic Works. Doug McQuade has been named assistant executive director – employment and day services of the Arc Baltimore. McQuade has 35 years of experience in developmental disabilities, including as a program director. Most recently, he served as director of utilization review at MAPD-MD/APS Healthcare. McQuade is a certified Support Intensity Scale Trainer. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from McDaniel College.

John B. Werth recently was named major accounts manager of Payroll Network, of Kensington. Werth is a former sales consultant for ADP in Rockville, and professional services consultant for Lexmark International. He also held a sales position with iDoxSolutions. Werth graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a bachelor’s degree in business finance.
