Cassidy Turley announced the sale of the Prologis (formerly AMB Property Corp.) office/flex portfolio in Columbia.
The 588,009-square-foot portfolio consists of 20 buildings in three business parks (Columbia Gateway Business Park, Columbia Business Center and Oakland Ridge).
Jonathan Carpenter and James Wellschlager of Cassidy Turley’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller, Prologis.
A New England-based institutional investor purchased the 93 percent leased portfolio.
Neither the identity of the buyer nor the purchase price was disclosed.
