Loyola University Maryland said it has selected Baltimore-based Under Armour Inc. to be the official outfitter of the Greyhounds, beginning with the 2012-2013 seasons.
The multi-year agreement gives Under Armour, a manufacturer of performance apparel, footwear and accessories, the right to supply on-field and training gear to each of the school’s 18 varsity sports.
Additionally, Under Armour will outfit all members of the athletic department, including coaches and staff.
The new outfitter agreement includes marketing entitlements that will complement the brand’s marketing campaigns through print and on-field presence at Loyola.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
