Regents to discuss collaboration of universities

ANNAPOLIS — The University System of Maryland Board of Regents will be voting on a plan for a structured collaboration between the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and the University of Maryland, College Park.

The meeting will take place in Annapolis on Thursday.

In December, the Board of Regents asked University Chancellor William Kirwan to develop the plan with University of Maryland, College Park President Wallace Loh and University of Maryland Baltimore President Jay Perman.
