Ellis, Guttman named vice presidents at Gannett Fleming

Rachel A. Ellis and Kenneth T. Guttman, P.E., have been named vice presidents of Gannett Fleming, a global infrastructure firm focused on planning, design, technology and construction management services for the transportation, environmental, water, power and facilities industries. Both Ellis and Guttman are based in the firm’s Baltimore office.

Kenneth Guttman

Ellis is a marketing manager for the Delmarva region. She has 15 years’ experience with the firm. Ellis holds a B.S. in liberal arts and technology from Stevenson University and an M.S. in technical writing from Towson University. She chairs the Chesapeake Section of the American Water Works Association, where she has been a member of the board of directors for seven years. Ellis is also chair of the Awards Committee for the American Society of Engineering Companies of Maryland Engineering Excellence Awards program.

Guttman is an environmental site remediation manager and has 12 years’ experience with the firm, supervising engineers and geologists who provide soil and groundwater site investigation design and construction. He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from UMBC and belongs to the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the Air and Waste Management Association and the National Ground Water Association.
