Frazier Bell has been named executive director of the Johns Hopkins University School of Education’s Stocks in the Future program, which teaches financial skills to middle school students.
Bell was previously director of strategy and development for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake. Before that he had eight years experience in banking with Wachovia Bank and taught school in Virginia and Connecticut.
Bell has an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut, a master’s in teaching from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Hampden-Sydney College.
