Francis X. Kelly III
Francis X. Kelly III, CEO of Kelly & Associates Insurance Group Inc., was inducted into the Maryland Association of Health Underwriters Hall of Fame on May 14 at its Ninth Annual Maryland State Symposium Awards Dinner in Annapolis. Kelly was the sole inductee into the Hall of Fame this year, and was chosen based on his contributions to the health insurance industry in Maryland.
A long-time board member and past president of both MAHU and the Baltimore Association of Health Underwriters, Kelly has earned professional designations as a Registered Employee Benefit Consultant, Registered Health Underwriter, Health Insurance Associate, Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow, and Chartered Life Underwriter. He was honored as the Baltimore Association of Health Underwriters Person of the Year in 2001.
Inductees MAHU Hall of Fame have been members for at least 20 years and have demonstrated continued support and effort on behalf of the Association. Each has served on local and/or State boards and in many cases served as President, providing leadership and direction to the organization’s membership. Kelly joins his father, Francis X. Kelly, Chairman and Founder of KELLY, in the Hall of Fame. The elder Kelly was an inaugural inductee in 2005.
