They are always willing to provide in-kind donations to the program, including bringing toiletries and other necessities and food for the women and children.
Chris is a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Community Services Board of Directors and Kit provides her talent and expertise in support of the planning of the organization’s annual Empty Bowls fundraising event as a member of the steering committee. Chris and Kit have also pledged a major gift to the capital campaign to renovate and expand the Beans & Bread Center, a day resource center and meal program for the homeless in Fell’s Point.
Chris Burton is senior vice president of gas and electric operations and planning for BGE and Kit is a stay-at-home mother. The couple lives in Hydes with their three children.
