Cushman gets $8.25M for Hanover building

Cushman & Wakefield this week said it recently sold a 125,000-square foot industrial building at 7495 Race Road in Hanover to the Philadelphia-based Exeter Property Group for $8.25 million. The vacant property stretches across 14 acres and was built in 2008. It is located just off of Interstate 295, close to Route 100 and the Arundel Mills mall. Cushman & Wakefield’s team included Cristopher Abramson, Brian Kruger and Nicholas Signor of the Capital Markets Group, along with the Industrial Services team of Michael Elardo and Jared Ross. *** Are bluebirds now roosting near Mayfield? Residents there report that the small, sweet bird that some say symbolizes happiness has taken up residence at the city’s manmade Lake Montebello. Recently, nest boxes were put up around the large lake where swallows and finches abound. The devices have attracted them, along with Eastern Bluebirds, which normally nest in rural settings, much to the delight of those who frequent the Northeast Baltimore setting to exercise and socialize.
