Dave Ashley has joined America’s Remote Help Desk as a network engineer. Ashley has 21 years of experience in the field. His most recent position was with GSE Systems as the IT/IS administrator.
Chris Neely has joined America’s Remote Help Desk to provide on site tech a day support at RadioOne and system administrator support. Neely previously provide system administrator support at Spencer Engineers for 11 years and has been an IT consultant for three-and-a-half years.
Jim Christ has joined America’s Remote Help Desk as help desk management.
Christ has 13 years experience providing help desk management support. In his most recent position with Avaya Government Solutions, he was the operations manager contracted to the Social Security Administration. He has also been the help desk manager at SSA, Constellation Energy Group and the U.S. Postal Service.
