On the day that July revenue totals for Maryland’s casinos are set to be released, the state’s first slots parlor in Cecil County is asking the state to take back up to 500 of its slot machines.
MarylandReporter.com reports that Bill Hayles, the vice president and general manager of Hollywood Casino Perryville in Cecil County, says the state should take back the machines because Hollywood’s revenue has dipped 40 percent since Maryland Live casino at Arundel Mills mall opened on July 6.
