Sutton also serves as serves as an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Louisville and associate director of electrophysiology at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. His clinical interests include ICD and pacemaker implantation, cardiac resynchronization therapy, and ablation of complex arrhythmias.
Sutton’s clinical specialty is cardiac electrophysiology. As CMO, he will use his clinical practice experience and vast knowledge in health care management, reform and finance to support a wide range of opportunities and challenges confronted by SGP clients.
A native of Indianola, Iowa, Sutton holds a medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and an MBA in Medical services management from Johns Hopkins’ Carey Business School. He has also completed fellowships in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
