McClure is a SECU veteran who most recently served as assistant branch manager, and is also an exceptional engagement coach, providing training on deepening member relationships, new sales techniques, and how this contributes to the member experience.
He was a key member of the SECU team that recently was responsible for transforming SECU’s Owings Mills branch into one of the organization’s top three branches. McClure continues to be actively involved in helping to streamline corporate operations and branch processes, using existing technology and processes to make the member experience more seamless.
As manager of SECU’s Bel Air Branch, McClure will be responsible for supervising all branch staff and operations, maximizing member satisfaction while meeting branch performance goals in sales, service, and operations through a needs based approach.
McClure is completing his bachelor’s degree in management studies with a focus on human resources from the University of Maryland, University College. He is a resident of Owings Mills.
