Zuckerman Spaeder’s Baltimore office has been named the “Top-Listed” firm for white collar criminal defense in Maryland in the 2013 edition of “The Best Lawyers in America,” with more Zuckerman Spaeder lawyers recognized in this category than any other firm in Maryland. The office also is the “Top-Listed” firm in the state in the category of legal malpractice law — defendants and one of the “Top-Listed” firms in Maryland for ERISA litigation.

Herbert Better was recognized in the categories of arbitration, bet-the-company litigation, commercial litigation, mediation and white collar criminal defense.

John J. Connolly was recognized in the appellate practice category.

Martin S. Himeles Jr. was recognized in the categories of bet-the-company litigation, commercial litigation, securities litigation and white collar criminal defense.

William J. Murphy

Daniel P. Moylan was recognized in categories of commercial litigation and legal malpractice law-defendants.

Robert T. Shaffer

William J. Murphy was recognized in the categories of bet-the-company litigation, commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense.

Cy Smith

Robert T. Shaffer was recognized in the categories of commercial litigation, construction litigation, labor and employment litigation and real estate litigation.

Cy Smith was recognized in the categories of commercial litigation, ERISA litigation, health care law and legal malpractice-plaintiffs.
