Lindsay Jordan has joined Profiles Inc. as an account executive.
In this role, Jordan will support a variety of clients including the American Craft Council, Kennedy Krieger Institute, Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore and the Y of Central Maryland. She will assist in planning public relations campaigns, pitching and securing media opportunities, coordinating special events and drafting press materials. She will also play an active role in Profiles’ various social media operations.
Prior to joining Profiles, Jordan worked in Burson-Marsteller’s San Francisco office as a client staff assistant supporting the firm’s technology practice. During this time, she worked on a variety of teams, providing client support for a global enterprise technology client. Jordan was a selected participant of the 2011 Harold-Burson Summer Internship program before joining the firm and served as a program mentor the following summer.
Jordan graduated from the University of Mississippi in May 2011 with a master’s in journalism and new media after successfully defending her thesis on the topic of social media as a crisis communications tool in public relations. She also received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi, earning a bachelor’s degree in print journalism with an emphasis in public relations in May 2009.
