Christine Spicer has been promoted to director of sales at Carroll Lutheran Village. The Westminster resident has been with the Village since 2001, most recently as a marketing associate.
In her new role, Spicer will be responsible for the annual sales strategies to maintain occupancy, lead sales presentations to internal and external markets, engage residents in marketing efforts, and coordinate with other departments to ensure that residents receive excellent services.
Carroll Lutheran Village is an accredited continuing care retirement community in Westminster that includes 398 homes and apartments, 50 assisted living suites in the Diven House and 103 skilled nursing beds in the Health Care Center.
