  1. Maryland is at the bottom nationally for fraud and corruption and as such, the citizens sit by as the legal advocates are silent or missing. We want billions lost to the state in fraud and misuse brought back as we rebuild our Maryland Rule of Law.

We know that the $25 billion in mortgage fraud settlement was to be used to shore up our weak state justice white collar criminal agencies. That must be the top issue for all of these top legal minds.
