Merkle Inc., of Columbia, a provider of customer relationship marketing services, said GMAC Insurance, one of the largest automobile insurers in the nation, has signed a contract extension with Merkle for a three-year period, ending in 2016.
This continues a relationship that began in 2008.
As in the past, Merkle will continue to manage GMAC’s CRM database, as well as provide analytics support, modeling and reporting services.
Merkle is also supplying creative services, production (email and print) management and digital media services that include both search marketing and targeted display.
Additionally, Merkle assists GMAC in its marketing and campaign management.
