Acura dealers pick Planit for marketing campaign

Planit, a Baltimore-based integrated brand communications agency, said it has been selected by the Baltimore Area Acura Dealers Association to develop and execute a strategic marketing campaign for the Baltimore area.

The $1 million yearlong campaign, set to launch in April, is aimed at bringing customers to the association’s Maryland-based dealers — Norris Acura West, Frankel Acura and Criswell Acura.

A Planit representative said the campaign will add to traditional automotive marketing, which is mostly geared to television advertising, aiming for a more comprehensive approach that mixes digital, social and traditional media and other facets, still in the planning stage.
