BioElectronics’ products coming to Iraq

BioElectronics Corp., of Frederick, a manufacturer of inexpensive, drug-free, anti-inflammatory medical devices and patches, said it has signed an agreement for the distribution of its products in Iraq.

Mazaya Scientific Bureau, a wholesale distributor based in Baghdad, will bring to the Iraqi market BioElectronics’ ActiPatch musculoskeletal therapy, Allay menstrual pain, and RecoveryRx post-operative and chronic wound products.

Iraq’s population of 31 million people and rapidly growing economy are “a solid addition to our Middle East regional expansion,” said BioElectronics Marketing Manager Ben Fichter.

The company’s products are now sold in 35 countries worldwide.
