Ruth Heltne, Eric Williams, Derryck Fletcher and Kimberly Taylor have joined the Y of Central Maryland.
Heltne joins the Y of Central Maryland as vice president of corporate relations. She will lead the organization’s efforts to greatly its efforts to greatly improve its engagement with corporations, with particular focus on creating unique opportunities for corporate partnerships that are mutually beneficial to the Y and the organization.
Previously, Heltne served as director of marketing development at WJZ-TV.
Williams joins the Y of Central Maryland as chief talent officer. He will help the Y achieve its mission strategy of becoming an employer of choice with an exceptional culture.
Previously, Williams served as regional human resources director at Davidson Hotels and resorts.
Fletcher joins the Y of Central Maryland as executive director of Before and After School Enrichment Operations. He will provide leadership to all of the Y Journeys Before and After School Enrichment Programs — both fee and grant-funded — including community resource schools, Success Academy and New Horizons Camp II for homeless youth.
Fletcher previously served as executive director of the Franciscan Youth Center.
Taylor joins the Y of Central Maryland as regional manager of Before and After School Enrichment programs. She will lead the programs in Anne Arundel, Carroll and Baltimore counties.
Taylor previously served as regional manager of Children’s Choice Learning Centers.
