Tolls have increased bridges, tunnels and other roads in Maryland.
Rates went up Monday at 12:01 a.m.
Passenger cars paying cash to travel the Harbor Tunnel, Fort McHenry Tunnel and the Key Bridge will now pay $4 instead of $3. On the Bay Bridge and Gov. Harry W. Nice Memorial Bridge, tolls went from $4 to $6. Finally, on I-95 and the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge, tolls went from $6 to $8.
Tolls also increased for people using E-ZPass. Rates went from 75 cents to $1.40 on the Harbor Tunnel, Fort McHenry Tunnel and the Key Bridge. On the Bay Bridge and Gov. Harry W. Nice Memorial Bridge, tolls went from $1 to $2.10. On I-95 and the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge, tolls went from $1.50 to $2.80.
