FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — Fredericksburg fans and foes are getting an opportunity to speak out on a proposal to build a stadium for a minor league baseball.

The City Council has scheduled a public meeting on the matter for Tuesday night.

The Class A farm team of the Washington Nationals, the Hagerstown Suns, has proposed a 30-year lease for a publicly financed stadium that would seat 5,000.
