
Cormekki B. Whitley
Cormekki B. Whitley, Rey N. Nobles, Samuel A. Epps IV and Wanda M. Arrington have been named to the Prince George’s County Memorial Library System’s Board of Directors.
Whitley is chief operating officer for Change to Win Federation where her responsibilities include finance, administration and strategic planning. Her past positions include deputy director and administration and finance director. Whitley also served as an adjunct professor at the Research Triangle Park and Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

Rey Nobles
She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting at North Carolina State University, her MBA at Meredith College and her doctorate at Northcentral University. She lives in Upper Marlboro.
Nobles is a senior security engineer for CGI Federal where he supports the Environmental Protection Agency, provides security leadership and manages a team of 30 security technicians. His past positions include senior principle security engineer at Data Computer Corp. of America, computer scientist at Computer Science Corp., senior member of the technical staff at Aerospace Corp. and system security analyst at CACI Corp.

Samuel A. Epps IV
He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science at St. Peters College and his associate of applied science in computer information technology at the County College of Morris. He lives in Accokeek.
Epps is a political organizer for 1199 SEIU United Healthcare. Previously, he was owner of Epps Political Management LLC, community fellow for Open Society Institute-Baltimore and chief of staff and legislative aide for Del. Salima Siler Marriott.

Wanda M. Arrington
He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science at Pennsylvania State University. He lives in Laurel.
Arrington is the lead auditor for the Environmental Protection Agency where she provides project management and strategic planning, conducting and monitoring audit work. Her past positions include senior auditor at the Environmental Protection Agency, church treasurer at Park View Baptist Church and auditor at the Office of Personnel Management.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting at Norfolk State University. She lives in Upper Marlboro.
