John Hess and Jennifer Quin have joined Marley Station Mall as general manager and marketing director, respectively.
Hess brings over 18 years of commercial real estate experience to his new position. Prior to joining Marley Station Mall, Hess served as vice president and mall general manager for The Rouse Company and held executive positions with Prime Retail, Struever Bros., Eccles & Rouse and Greenberg Gibbons Commercial.
Most recently, Hess served as national real estate manager for Kiddie Academy, a nationwide provider of childcare learning facilities. Earlier in his career, Hess owned Hess Apparel, a nine store women’s apparel chain based on the Eastern Shore.
In his new position, Hess will be responsible for the management and operation of the mall as well as directing the mall’s specialty leasing program.
Quinn joins Marley Station from Visit Baltimore, the official destination development and marketing organization for the Greater Baltimore region, where she served as their convention marketing manager.
Prior to joining Marley Station Mall, Quinn served as a sales and marketing manager at E.C.I. Cordish Company and assistant marketing brand manager for Glaceau Vitaminwater.
In her new role as marketing director, Quinn will be responsible for marketing, managing special events and community relations surrounding the mall.
