Atlanta-based IHPS moving to Baltimore

Truven Health Analytics, of Ann Arbor, Mich., a provider of information, analytic tools, benchmarks and services to the health care industry, and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, said they are collaborating in the establishment of the Institute for Health and Productivity Studies at the Johns Hopkins University.

IHPS, which was formed in 2008, has been housed at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health in Atlanta.

IHPS conducts studies that explore the relationship between employee health and well-being and work-related productivity.

The relocation will expand the institute’s opportunities to engage with key national and international workplace programs and organizations.
