Severna Park-based Champion Realty Inc. wants to help you find a home using a smart phone.

The company has released the free “X-Ray Vision App” that helps possible buyers scan neighborhoods and view homes for sale, as well as photos of their interiors. The app, which updates its listings every 15 minutes, is available for Apple iOS and Google Android devices.

“Champion always strives to stay ahead of the curve, and we are really excited to be the first company offering this tool in Maryland,” Jon Coile, CEO of Champion Realty, said in a news release.  “While you’re sitting in front of a house, you can pull up details and photos in real time—or you can look at other neighborhoods of interest. This app makes it easy for people to find properties, which benefits buyers, sellers and real estate agents.”

The app’s features include a “lasso tool” that allows a user to view properties in a selected area, a location tool that shows available nearby properties and high-resolution photos of the properties.
