Seems like everybody these days is making a sequel–including the Maryland Judiciary.
The Maryland Judiciary has launched two new instructional videos on its website called “Should I Represent Myself” and “Hiring and Working with Your Lawyer.”
We told you the judiciary launched four videos to guide people through self-representation last fall with the release of “Defending Against a Small Claim,” “Finding Legal Help,” “Service of Process” and “Tips For Your Day in Court.”
The new videos, which detail topics like how to find and pay a lawyer and the consequences if a person represents himself or herself, are created by the Maryland Access to Justice Commission.
