Ober|Kaler launches online health law portal

Ober|Kaler, a national law firm based in Baltimore, announced the launch of www.oberhealthlaw.com, a comprehensive online health law portal.

The website offers a centralized library of health law information authored by attorneys in Ober|Kaler’s Health Law Group, one of the largest and most recognized health care practices in the United States, with over 40 attorneys.

The site features multimedia content addressing key areas of health care law, including Medicare, Medicaid and other payer regulation and reimbursement; fraud and abuse; HIPAA and patient privacy; health care antitrust; government investigations; new payment mechanisms such as accountable care organizations and bundling models; and health care reform.

Health care organizations, pharmaceutical companies, physician practice groups and industry associations will find articles, videos, webinars, podcasts and updates offering information about policies, developments and rules and regulations affecting their operations.

“Oberhealthlaw.com aggregates all of our thought leadership in one central location, making it easy for our clients and colleagues to find the key news and developments on issues that are of greatest interest to them,” said Howard Sollins, co-chair of the Health Law Group.
