Choice adds reservation app in Fords

Choice Hotels International Inc., of Rockville, which franchises more than 6,300 hotels in the United States and 35 other countries, announced that it has launched hands-free hotel reservations for Ford vehicles. In Fords equipped with SYNC AppLink, drivers can download Choice Hotels’ Android app, which will enable them to use voice commands to search for rooms at nearby Choice Hotels. The same functionality for iPhone users will be made available soon. More than 1.5 million Ford vehicles in North America are equipped with SYNC AppLink.
