A Stevensville estate with amenities such as a club with a dance floor, a home theater with balcony seating and car show room is set to head to auction later this month.
According to state tax records, the 29-acre Conquest Manor that overlooks 1,000 feet of shoreline and the Chesapeake Bay is worth $5.1 million.
The estate has eight-bedrooms, 11-bathrooms and a 1,500-square-foot club with a bar, dance floor and a performance stage with professional lighting. In addition the manor has a two-level home theater with balcony seating, an in-ground swimming pool and private beach with 150-foot pier.
The manor, located at 7402 Kent Point Road, also has 6,200-square-foot guest house, which the first floor is currently being used as a showroom for antique cars. There’s also a 1,000-square-foot pool house.
