U.S. sends $900K to Maryland to cut back on DNA backlogs

Maryland is receiving $920,760 in federal funds, split among three law enforcement entities, to reduce DNA testing backlogs in crime labs, Sen. Barbara A. Mikulski, D-Md., announced on Friday.
