Chick-fil-A, CVS and Nalley Fresh will be opening in downtown Baltimore.
The shops will join Shake Shack and M&T Bank in the 22,000 square feet of expanded retail space at 400 E. Pratt St, according to brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield. The building, which has been owned by PDL Associates for more than 30 years, has been undergoing renovations since July of 2013 that also includes improved high-end office space.
Accounting firm Ellin & Tucker recently moved into the building. It has 31,000 square feet of office space that features amenities such as a “fun room,” a multimedia center with a bar stocked with beer that is more like a Silicon Valley tech startup than an accounting firm.
The redevelopment is part of the Pratt Street initiative planned by Downtown Partnership of Baltimore Inc. and supported by the Baltimore Development Corp. and city government to revitalize the north side of the street.
