Washington Property Co. announces 72,416 square feet of leases

Bethesda-based Washington Property Co. announced it has leased 72,416 square feet of office and retail space in Maryland. The leases include a 48,422-square-foot extension of LA Fitness in Silver Spring, 7,206 square feet to multiple tenants at 1309 Piccard Drive in Rockville and 9,205 square feet at 8757 Georgia Ave. in Silver Spring.
