Maryland officials said Monday that anyone the state deems a “high-risk traveler,” based on known exposure to the Ebola virus without protection, will be required to stay home until they are confirmed to be free of the virus. Those at a lesser risk will be required to sign an agreement not to use public transportation or attend large gatherings.
