After a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, John Anthony Hall, Jr., appellant, was convicted of first degree assault, second degree assault, transporting a handgun, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Appellant presents the following 2 issues for our consideration:
I. Whether the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on cross-racial identification; and,
II. Whether the evidence was sufficient to sustain his conviction for first degree assault.
