KHAYRI A. OLVERSON v. STATE OF MARYLAND Graeff, Kehoe,

Appellant was convicted by a jury of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, related offenses and driving a vehicle with an expired registration. Appellant raises three questions for review:

I. Did the suppression court err in denying appellant’s motion to suppress the tangible evidence found in his truck?

II. Did the trial court err in refusing to strike appellant’s testimony that he resided at a local detention center?

III. Did the trial court err in admitting evidence that appellant had been previously convicted of possession with intent to distribute in Missouri?
