A jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County convicted Michael Redding, III, appellant, of attempted first degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony. On August 25, 2010, the trial court sentenced appellant to life imprisonment for the attempted first degree murder, a concurrent sentence
of 20 years for the armed robbery and a consecutive 20 years’ imprisonment for the use of a handgun.
Appellant filed this appeal to challenge the circuit court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized from his home pursuant to a search warrant. He also complains of two evidentiary rulings made by the trial court.
