ANTONIO LASHLEY v. STATE OF MARYLAND

Appellant, Antonio Lashley, was charged in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, with two counts of unlawful wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun and one count of possession of marijuana. After appellant’s motion to suppress was denied, he pled guilty on a not guilty agreed statement of facts and was convicted on one count of wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun, with the remaining counts nol prossed. Appellant was sentenced to 18 months with all but 30 days suspended, to be followed by three years unsupervised probation. Appellant timely appealed and presents the following issue for our review: Whether the appellant’s motion to suppress should have been granted?
