After a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Antonio Charles Johnson, appellant, was convicted of first degree assault, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence, wearing, carrying or transporting a handgun, and possession of a handgun after having been convicted of a disqualifying crime.
In this timely appeal, appellant presents one issue: Whether the trial court abused its discretion in admitting and playing for the jury recordings of police interviews that included inadmissible and highly
prejudicial material.
