JUSTIN D. FRELAND v. STATE of MARYLAND

Justin D. Freland appeals from the conviction on the charge of second-degree assault, rendered after a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Frederick County. On November 5, 2013, the trial court imposed a sentence of ten years’ incarceration. Freland brought this timely appeal to challenge the trial court’s ruling that limited certain cross-examination of a prosecution witness.
